My research interest is in experimental condensed matter physics more specifically in surface science or nanoscience. My main goal is to investigate the growth behavior of self-organized nanostructures at low dimensions i.e., 0D, 1D, 2D or nanodot, nanowire/nanorod, and ultrathin films. I also investigate these self-organized nanostructures' electronic, optical, and magnetic properties. For the theoretical understanding of the experimental results, we use density functional theory (DFT) simulation based on Quantum Espresso, VASP code.  we are also interested in exploring the III-V nitrides on the highly mismatched substrate and their photoluminescence properties.
